This is ‘ol reliable, -a 1985 Murray built Craftsman II 11hp Briggs & Stratton rear engine riding lawn mower with a 30″ deck and and an 8-speed shift-on-the-fly transmission. I got this tractor in 2002; some guy down the street threw it out. Anyway, I fixed it up and used it at my folks house to cut the grass until 2005 when they had a bigger house built on the property, so since then this thing has sat right where you see it. But note that we hit 55mph (coulda done 70 if we had more room) without getting arrested (watch for the cop in the background) and I didn’t break a single bone or get any road rash!!!
