Yeah this guy was a real hazard, across town someone is getting stabbed or raped and this cop is out on county road pulling pepper spray on some guy on a lawnmower..our good tax dollars at work right here.

I watched this in my Health class last year. I laughed so hard that I could hardly breath.
funny except for the fact that the officer is a douche for using a taser gun to get compliance. When they brought in tasers it was to replace having to use a gun in a situation where there was danger to the officer. The only danger to the officer was if the guy accidentally swung around and pissed on him. This cop was out of line, just a thug with a weapon. He shoulda arrested the guy if he has grounds to but no reason to assault him into compliance.
